THE HOTEL
Brindleys is a small Victorian townhouse hotel in the city of Bath — elegant, calm, and quietly run. Its interiors already carried a sense of design and care;but the language hadn’t caught up.
THE CHALLENGE
The original copy read like a standard B&B brochure: friendly but flat. Words like “warm welcome,” “beautiful surroundings,” and “ample breakfast” were true, but they didn’t express what the place felt like — or the kind of guest it wanted to attract.
WHAT WE DID
No filler clichés. Gone are “bijoux,” “heartfelt welcome,” and “home from home.”We shaped a tone of voice that feels human and effortless — a balance of seaside nostalgia and contemporary ease. Each line was rewritten with rhythm and restraint: simple sentences, conversational flow, and a touch of local personality.
The new copy paints a picture of mornings by the window, fresh coffee in hand, and the sea just beyond the glass — calm, understated, and beautifully unforced.
